Yoga classes are suitable for beginners to seasonal yogis and great for surfers, with a surf focus to each class. The Vinyasa flow style classes engage the whole body while calming the mind. The classes are fairly dynamic with different variations of postures to meet the student’s level. Many benefits are offered through the fluid movement of the body.  At present our yoga classes are available on request.  We are set to start our regular yoga classes come August when our resident yoga instructor returns.
